I am getting too many emails from Cloud Customer Connect. How do I unsubscribe?
Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email notification will unsubscribe you from that specific type of email. However, you may still receive notifications from Cloud Customer Connect based on other notification settings or content you’re following.
To ensure you only receive notifications that matter to you—or to unsubscribe from all notifications—please complete these two steps:
- Update your notification preferences
- Update your followed content
Step 1: Update your notification preferences
Navigate to your profile and select My notification preferences.
Deselect the checkbox for the area(s) you would like to stop receiving email notifications from
Step 2: Update your followed content
From Notification Preferences page, navigate to Followed Content
Deselect the checkbox for each of your followed content areas you would like to stop receiving email notifications from
