- How will I navigate the community?
- You can navigate the community the same way as before.
- Most discussion forums now reside under the Categories menu.
- All your My Stuff content can be found in the User menu (click on your avatar on the top right of page).
- (Sept 2022) Customer Success menu has been added. Transformation forums have been moved under this menu (previously under Categories menu).
Your Content
- Where are My Favorite/Subscribed Posts?
- Your favorite and subscribed forum posts and ideas are now bookmarks (use My Bookmarks under the User menu to view them)
- If you would like to continue to receive notifications for changes to your bookmarks, make sure the option "Notify me when people comment on my bookmarked discussions" is checked under your notification preferences

- Note: Event posts cannot be bookmarked and is replaced by the RSVP feature. If you have previously favorited or subscribed to event posts, please find them on the event calendars and save them as browser bookmarks. If you are not able to recover your favorite or subscribed event posts, please email cloudconnect-help_ww@oracle.com for assistance
- Where are My Favorite/Subscribed Forums?
- Your favorite and subscribed forums are now categories you are following (use My Categories under the User menu to view them)
- They are also listed under the Followed Categories section of your notification preferences, where you can subscribe/unsubscribe

- What happens to pages I’ve bookmarked on my browser?
- Previously saved browser bookmarks should redirect you to the same content on the new site
- If you are unable to find a page on the new site, please report this on the Site Feedback page
- What happens to all my points, rankings and badges?
- You should continue to stay at your current Champion Level although in some cases points may be slightly different due to revision to our points system
- Most badges are retained although some badges have been retired or modified
- We will be awarding:
- Brand new badges - Photogenic, Anniversary, Popularity
- Brand new Champion Levels – Rubellite, Jadeite, Tanzanite

- Where can I find my messages from the previous community?
- Your Private messages from the community inbox can be accessed from your User menu > My Inbox or the envelope icon in the top right corner
- Related messages may have been consolidated as one conversation

- Why is my Display Name changed?
- During the transition, the system may have reset your Display Name to what is initially set up in your Oracle Account. To update your Display Name, please click here.
- We recommend you to review your profile and make sure your information remains accurate.
On the Community
- Is there anything new I need to know about?
- You can now RSVP for events - all the events you have RSVP’d to will show up in your User menu under My Events where you can easily join the events
- Use @mention to reference another member on the community and notify them
- When subscribing to a category, you will get email notifications as well as pop-up notifications, unless you uncheck the option in your notifications preferences
- You can now more easily embed images in your posts by copy and paste
- Has anything changed?
- Use the Messaging feature to reach out to your colleagues and peers as Network is no longer available
- On an idea, unique organization votes will not be displayed but Oracle Development will continue count votes by organizations at our discretion
- My Posts and My Ideas have been replaced by My Discussions
- Post/Ideas My Organization Created are currently not available as a self-service option, please contact cloudconnect-help_ww@oracle.com for assistance.
