While importing, by default workbooks are imported to My Folders even though same folder structure is available in Target OAC instance, because of this permissions are getting changed. And again we have to do extra work, move the workbook to respective folder and set permissions. So while importing the workbook, it should ask to select the Path/ Folder to import and preserve the permissions as per the source OAC instance.
