how to Import HFM hierarchy into OAC.

I am using OAC first time. I know how to connect the data and visualize it based on the tutorials and videos that are accessible.
1) How can I connect the HFM (on-site) to the OAC?
2) How can I load the entire HFM hierarchy into OAC? Is it require additional tools?
Share relevant links and videos, if you can. My main area of confusion is how members in HFM are show in OAC.

This looks like enhancement.
Please check this https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/discussion/9859/new-connector-to-connect-hfm-with-oac
Please check supported data sources of oac
I see only epm cloud as certified data source but hfm on premise is not listed.

HFM, just like Planning, was available in OBIEE already in the RPD. It is still possible now in OAS, on-premises, as you can see here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/analytics-server/administer-oas/certification-supported-data-sources.html
Your option is to either use OAS instead of OAC, or if you really want HFM in OAC do what the link posted above says: uses OAS as a kind of "proxy". Import and model your HFM in OAS, and then use the exposed subject area(s) in OAC.
It requires more tools because you will have a full OAS just for that "connection" job, or just don't use OAC and use OAS for everything if you don't need something that is explicitly only available in OAC.

Hi Ram,
Thanks for revert.
I think it is available. please check out the below link.
Connect to On-premises Data Sources Using Data Gateway (oracle.com)
But don't know how the hierarchy will show into OAC.

Hi Gianni,
Thanks you revert.
we can connect on premises On-premises Database & On-premises Data Sources.
Please check out the above link.
I want to explore OAC . Can you suggest any source where i can get basic understand practically.

If you look the link you posted, it doesn't change the list of supported data sources.
The Data Gateway is just a technical solution to make the connection easier handing networking complexity, it doesn't really make OAC able to handle more data sources than it can by itself.
The limitation isn't that your OAC can't connect to your on-premises server (because of open ports, missing VPN etc.). The limitation is that OAC doesn't currently support HFM as a source.
You can absolutely connect to your HFM relational database, but the data you will get is the raw data, you will not have any HFM business logic or meaning on it. Feel free to build whatever kind of model and analysis on that.
OAS does comes with a special driver that connect to HFM keeping the HFM business logic, you will not just see a bunch of tables and columns but you will see hierarchies, members etc.

Thanks Gianni
I will explore OAS for connecting HFM and import hierarchies.

Hi
Can you please guide how the hierarchy will flow/show If i connect PBCS with OAC?
Is there any additional tools are required? or I just need to do new connection in OAC and it will automatically pick all hierarchy & dimensions in OAC workbook for visualization.

One of the first random results when looking for OAC and PBCS: https://youtu.be/27c7Nf6yjeA
