I've been searching around but havent found the answer what could it be and how to prevent this error

What's your product name and version? Are you on the latest bundle patch for your product? Any correlation identified between an action and the error in your log? Or any link found between something not working and the error in the log?

Nope, Last patch isn't installed.
Users couldn't could not log in to obiee. No error. Just "implementing registration" in browser
Full restart of obiee helped
