Not able to get department and position details in Worker Assignments Real Time Subject Area

Hello All,

When I am trying to get the employee details like person number and name from Worker folder then it is visible but when trying to fetch department or position details along with employee details then getting No Results Message.

Data is perfectly visible with employees having HR or Line Manager Role. the  issue is only with employee having Employee Abstract Role.

Hi Praveen,

Yes, I do have the roles(HR specialist, Line manager, custom data role like HR view all) everything. If i run the nquery it shows 1=1 , which means i have the right role. But still unable to see the data, still shows  "No results"

If you have assigned the roles mentioned above and also from the Doc ID 2856237.1 , Then please check the custom data role access.

To get the data, You should assign the appropriate data access through the custom data roles.
