New Subject Area (OTBI) for HCM Approvals

Hello Everyone,

Currently there is not subject area that collects all pending approvals assigned to a user with the manager role.

The two Subject Area existing for BPM approvals are the following but they both have limitations (as underlined in yellow), and they both have administrators duty roles.

It is impossible right now to create an infolet or a report where the manager can see all the approvals he/she has pending, it would be also very useful to have a deeplink to the approval itself in order to add it to the report.

We currently need this for the Job Requisition Approvals, but we foresee an use also for approvals in other modules.
