Is there any way to turn-off some of the functionalities like delivers etc ? Also, if there are any ways to get the list of running/stopped functionalities within specific components ?

Please correct me, from above screen we can grant/revoke privilege to/from the specific application role. right ? But, what we are trying to know, if there are any way to shutdown/stop those functionalities completely to deallocate unnecessary used memory.
Well... to shutdown these things just stop the full OBIEE stack ....
Most of these features aren't real independent processes.
And the memory you will gain by shutting down one of the components will costs you more in missing functionality (based on licensing costs) than than the 200Mb of RAM you get back.
The product isn't really built in a way that each feature is a new process etc.
Which functionalities *do* you want to use?
Delivers you can disable by shutting down the BI Scheduler process.
But, if you're running on a server where you actually need to reclaim these few hundred MB of memory ... you need a new server.
+1 to the other two with more reliable internet connections than me at the moment...
Shutting down the scheduler is "meh" in terms of regained ressources. Skype uses up about as much RAM as the scheduler and any browser with plugins, addons etc even more.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
