How to have Drill Down option on Aggregated column/field in OTBI Analysis/Dashboard

We are building a custom OTBI analysis in Fusion, need to know how to have Drill Down option on Aggregated column/field in OTBI Analysis/Dashboard.

Please share any info. if anyone worked on the same requirement.

pick-up a measure from your summary report
navigate to its column properties / interaction / value 'Primary Interaction'
select Action Links / click + / select your detailed/drill-down reports
make sure measure from (1) is set to 'is prompted' and the rest of the filters/prompts should be the same in both the summary and Drilldown reports.

Hi Santosh,

My requirement was to show supplier wise count of invoices which are on hold and not on hold.(see this as Master Dashbaord)

need to apply Drill on the counts so once user clicks those, we need to show respective Hold or not on hold invoices and their details(see this as Detail Dashboard).

correct; you can easily achieve that with the steps mentioned earlier.

I applied the same way, but not working as expected.

Expectation - To see only 10 invoice details.

Actual - Getting total 11 invoice details instead of 10.

can you double-check the parameters/filters in both the summary and drill-down? they have to be the same.

Hi We have requirements to Link both PPM Cost Transactions including Payables & Cost Management sources and reconcile the balances with GL balances. But we are unable to link CCID between GL & PPM transactions. Pl let us know if any one worked on OTBI with PPM & GL Reconciliations and share the details please
