Creating an OAC instance

Hi
I am an Oracle employee. When I try to create a OAC instance for lab sessions, I receive the following error:
You exceeded the following service limits: Enterprise Edition OCPUs. Please submit a request to increase your service limits.
When I go to request a service limit increase, it says: Your tenancy is not eligible for Oracle Support, including service limit increases. You must upgrade to a paid account to access Oracle Support. If you need support for your existing account, you can post a question to Community Help
I don't have any existing OAC instances or any other cloud services set-up. So, I am not sure about the "You exceeded the following service limits" error.
Could someone assist please?
Many thanks

Hi
You can create a new free trial account : Free Trial Account
Or use public demo environment : https://www.oracle.com/business-analytics/data-visualization/demos/
Thanks

Additionally,
- as an Oracle employee, you are required to properly identify your name, and Oracle as your company in your profile since this is a public forum. Please take the necessary steps.

Trial accounts have limitations. I would suggest that you discuss this further internally.

And, as a side note: your forum username/display name should also mention "-Oracle" to show that you are an employee.
