Value axis zooming feature for stacked bar charts

Currently for line charts and bar charts we have a "zoom chart" feature which let's you zoom into a specific timeline or bar as needed. However this functionality is not present for zooming along the Y axis or Value axis.
For example, if we have a stacked bar chart with some really small values, the values are not visible on the bar and only available to read via tooltip. The zoom chart functionality works on Label Axis but not on Value Axis. If we could have zoom chart functionality for Value axis, it would be really beneficial to see smaller values without any issue. Kindly consider this. Thanks
