Table Location of To/From Dates for Talent Ratings

I am looking to find the the save table location for the To/From dates for the Talent Rating module. This is for a BI publisher report using a Data Model.

The associated data for these ratings was found in HRT_RATING_LEVELS_VL. This view does contain date columns, however the DATE_FROM and DATE_TO are only pulling in 1901-01-01 and 4712-12-31. If I pull this data from an OTBI analysis report using the subject area "Workforce Profiles- Person Profile Real time", I get all the dates I'm looking for which also display in the Talent Rating section. There must be another table where these dates are stored for the Talent Ratings but I'm having trouble locating it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If this question is still relevant, the Talent Rating DATE_FROM & DATE_TO are captured in Profiles and Profiles Items.

DATE_FROM and DATE_TO from HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS
