BI Publisher desktop Not working with Office 365

I installed BI Publisher desktop 32bit and 64 bit on office 365, but both are not working, I am unable to see BIP Addin in office tool Bar, I tried to to enable the AddIn through File--> Options-->AddIn , but I didn't find the Add In there. the AddIn appears in Excel but not in Word.

one of my colleague installed the same BI Publisher and it is wroking with him.

I tried, but issue is this I didn't find the "BI Publisher Template Builder for Word" under disabled Items or Under Manage Add-In Menu.

Also, Did you install 32 bit or 64 bit ?
