Execute Agents created by users that has left the org

We have a central team that creates Agents on user's behalf with run-as based on need; there are currently more than 1000+ agents and the number is expected to climb.
Issue:
Person A created 100+ agents over many months for different run as users, the person A leaves the org at this point the id loses all authentication privilages and the agents created by person A starts to fail and each of the agent has to be manually edited and saved as another active user.
This has caused various production issues, delayed acces to data required for critical business needs.
Ask:
Agents to continue working even if created by user is not Active.
or
Admin UI to change the created by on agents via single click.
