Support chromium browsers

Currently you cannot log in into cloud with an unsupported browser. However this restriction seems to be not needed, chromium based browsers have no problem with functionality, and site can be accessed with spoofed user agent.
Not everyone uses major browsers like Chrome,Firefox,Edge,Safari which are the only supported ones and this policy is forcing those users to install one of these just to access Oracle Cloud
The script that is blocking those browsers is at https://cloud.oracle.com/plugins/console/3.1.7/js/browser-check.js
and it redirects to https://cloud.oracle.com/plugins/console/3.1.7/unsupported-browser.html
I propose that unsupported browsers be shown a warning, but not completely prevented from logging in.
