12c: very poor performance

Is anyone experiencing poor performance with 12c?  Windows 2012 platform.

11g environment is much quicker comparatively.  The loading of the analytics interface, sign on, etc. is all very slow.  I've tried increasing the node manager and BI Server memory as suggested in the MOS note about slow start up performance, but this doesn't seem to have an effect on actually using the web interface.

    And where is time spent? What does the system do when it's taking longer than 11g?

    These are the key element to understand what can be done to improve your current situation ...

    So start analyzing your logs to get these info.
