MICR code not coming properly once customization is done in seeded report

Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

23C (11.13.23.07.0)

MICR code in check print template is not coming properly ad soon as we add any condition in it. Even if we add 1=1 condition the MICR code gets masked.

Please suggest the cause of the issue.
