Can't be able to initiate Qualification After PO Closure

Customer wants the system to automatically initiate the Post Qualification process once PO status updated to "Closed" status.
Currently can't be able to link PO with Supplier Qualification module.
Need a solution for this requirement, its much needed one for the business requirement.
