Can we disable hamburger option for workers with FAW Licensed HCM Consumers license
Hi,
We do not want users with 'FAW Licensed HCM Consumers' license to be able to see KPIs, Projects and Data options from hamburger menu.
Best would be completely removing the hamburger icon itself. They should only be able to see Decks and Analysis associated to cards on the deck.
Request you to share inputs if any.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Puja, In FAW 23.R3.x KPIs, decks, and prebuilt analyses migrated to Oracle Analytics Cloud-based objects so users FAW URL/Console access can only be shared to FAW Admin Users.
All KPIs and decks have been migrated to Oracle Analytics Cloud-based objects for Fusion ERP Analytics, Fusion HCM Analytics, Fusion SCM Analytics, and Fusion CX Analytics. KPIs have been translated to the feature called key metrics and decks to the core Oracle Analytics Cloud workbooks. The detail prebuilt analyses have also been updated to work with the workbooks that had been converted from decks.
The generic concepts of business metrics and dashboards are each represented by two artifacts as explained:
- Business metrics are expressed both as KPIs listed in the KPI library and key metrics found inside the subject area referencing that key metric’s primary data. Key metrics are the strategic direction for modeling business metrics and KPIs will be deprecated in a future release. A utility to migrate custom KPIs to key metrics is also expected in a future release, prior to deprecation of the KPIs.
- Generic dashboards can be seen currently both as decks found in the deck library and workbooks found in the Oracle Analytics Cloud catalog. You can find the Oracle Analytics Cloud catalog by following the Projects link. Oracle Analytics Cloud workbooks are the strategic direction for building prebuilt dashboards. Decks will be deprecated in a future release. A utility to migrate custom decks to Oracle Analytics Cloud workbooks is also expected in a future release, prior to deprecation of the decks.
Decks converted to workbooks are available in an “Overview Dashboards” folder and the converted prebuilt analyses are available in the “Detail Dashboards” folder. Both folders are located under the parent application folder.
By aligning consumer and author-oriented experiences, you'll see:
- Additional flexibility for dashboard construction.
- A consolidated homepage and catalog experience for both factory and custom application content.
- An integrated mobile experience through Oracle Analytics Cloud Mobile applications that encompasses all application objects.
Please review following FAW Docs:
