Feature to Resend Failed Email Delivery for All the Reports

Currently in Oracle BI Report, we can't resend failed Emails for all the Reports. This is required because oracle outage stay for day, and it will fail thousands of report email delivery failed. As per oracle support there is no batch way of submitting these failed email deliveries. this has been confirmed by development. The only way to resoled is to go inside each and every failed report and resend manually which is not feasible for thousands of reports.
