I'm new to Oracle analytics desktop. I would like to know when I try to create a schedule for reload dataset there is no options available like new schedule in datasets.I'm not in live .Connected to local oracleDB please give me the solution .Thanks
Hi,
In my understanding , the "scheduling" option is available in OAC and not in OAD. i just had it tested on my new release of OAD and i could confirm that its not available.
OAD Documentation for possible options to refresh data : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acubi/reload-datasets-data.html#GUID-2D68121F-6A50-4795-A3A9-95EB56141901
OAC documentation ( where schedule feature is available for datasets with Automatic Caching data access) : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acubi/reload-datasets-data.html#GUID-2D68121F-6A50-4795-A3A9-95EB56141901
I hope that clarifies.
Thank you for the timeful reply Sir !!
Does Oracle Analytics Server 2026 include AI features such as a built-in chatbot or AI Assistant? If not, are there any plans or indications that these AI capabilities will be introduced in a future OAS release?
Here is my calculation CAST(COUNT(SAAR_ID) AS VARCHAR(50)) || ' SAARs pending as of: ' || CAST(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(5) AS VARCHAR(50))
In OAC when I am creating a dataset, How can I pass a Filter from the "Dashboard filters to the SQL? I attached a image like it was don in BIP Publisher
How can you put a total number of records in your oracle OAC table footer
we have two seperate environments in air gap… 1- oas 2024 2- oas 2026 developers in both env, required extensions like push button, racing bar, guage…. where to download.
