    Hi,

OAS 2023 is not certified with Oracle Linux 9

    Refer - Certification - Systems (oracle.com)

My Recommendation is to use the correct certified OS to install the OAS and Always refer below MOS for latest patches.

Critical Patch Update (CPU) Advisor For Oracle Analytics Server and Oracle Business Intelligence - Updated for October 2023 (Doc ID 2832967.2)

To add to the previous reply, Oracle Analytics Server 2023 is not yet certified on Oracle Linux 9. This certification is planned for Oracle Analytics Server 2024.

    https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/analytics-server/administer-oas/certification-systems.html#GUID-BD72F48C-3DF8-4B9E-81AB-23164B497AB4

I am not stating that is the root cause of the issue, but for supportability, you want to be on a certified platform.

In some cases, you the underlying components may not be started, or a deployment failed, etc., but please start with Oracle Linux 8.x.

Additionally, since this is about Oracle Analytics Server, in the future, you can post in the following forum, instead of the OBIEE forum:
