Oracle BIP Report is not showing data in interactive view

Question

Hi All,

There is report created in Oracle BIP.

There are certain parameters (Prompts) are added in report level.

User is passing values from Parameters with last 6 week of data. When it is applied with the filters it is not showing any data.

It is simply blank with Report Title.

Also, not working in any other views.

Please advise what can be done.

There is no issues with Data Model Query.

OBIEE 12c Version 12.2.5.9.0.

Combinations : DATE is used with between clause and 3 other dimensions are added to filter the data.

Never before happen this kind of issues.

Template : it is .xdo

As said earlier there is no issues with the SQL in DM, for short date range it is working, but when we are expanding selection of date it is getting timed out sometimes in PDF and HTML View.

And it is not showing any data in INTERACTIVE Mode. (Not showing data for any kind of filter)

It would be useful to know the values provided by the user and how parameters have been implemented in the data set query, otherwise we can't help you.

Does the issue happens always or only with a particular combination of values? Which kind of template are you using?
