How to show last year next nth number of weeks in obiee 10g?

I would like to know how to retrieve data for last year next 4 weeks in obiee 10g. I only want to make changes at the front end and don't have permissions to make any changes in the back end in rpd. Attached is the columns under our table dimension. I am new to obiee so please be as descriptive as possible. For example, every sunday we have ibots setup and let's say it's currently week 20, 2016 and the reports need to show week 20-23 of 2015. We usually use WeekDesc for WEEK. Thanks!
