I have a requirement to develop a table with yes/no prompts
for ex: the contracts for the suppliers if the user select yes, it will retrieve all the suppliers who has the contract but if the user select NO, it will retrieve the suppliers with no contracts.

Not quite understanding this, can't you read the YES/NO values into a prompt then use the value of the prompt in the data extraction SQL to filter the suppliers?
You have multiple YES/NO prompts what is the purpose of each?

Hi - I think you will want to create a variable prompt with custom values for Yes/No. Then add filter in your analysis
Analysis filter (Assuming output is Yes/No)
