Can’t install BI Publisher for desktop

Hello,

I'm trying to install Oracle Analytics Publisher for desktop however I have the following error "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel {5FCAFAC0-4327-4320-9ED4-7846FE4E30DD}

However, I can't even find the program in the control pannel... How can I fix this? Even though the system tells "Another version of this product is already installed", the BI publisher add in is not even available in Microsoft Word. Can you please help?

Hi @Valentin Zorelle

Are you trying with Admin user ? If not please try with Admin user ,you can able to see . still seeing issue after login using Admin user, you can go to your install directory and need to clean up manually.
