Use of datasets in classic dashboard/analysis

We do use almost systematically in our workbook/dataset report solutions a data action to jump on a classic dashboard with analysis and/or BIP report which run on the dataset tables. This because classic functionalities complement what workbooks offer e.g. full export to multi tab excel, pixel perfect PDF reports.

Question : The dataset object id used in classic analysis is currently hardcoded. Would it be possible to make it a variable which can be updated in the workbook action link so that automatically the data action transfers the workbook dataset object id to the dasbhoard/analysis/BIP report which is configured.

This would provide a tremendous benefit when the customer has to duplicate workbook/datasets from a gold instance to multiple instances e.g. in our case up to over 50 instances for specific products and time intervals. Rather than do a lot of work for this duplication we could simply duplicate the dataset and workbook and we would be done.
