Grant users ability to schedule an OAC classic Dashboard Page and/or entire dashboard

We have two group users:
a) Super-Users who can edit analyses and can schedule them.
b) End-Users who can visit dashboards, customize them, export/analyze/print dashboard pages. We do not want these end-users to be able to edit an analysis; but we would like them to be able to (create an Agent) schedule them themselves. I mean: schedule a dashboard page (analysis) and/or schedule the Entire Dashboard. They should be able to "customize" their prompts, save a customization and then schedule it.
