Disable or Hide Email option on the results page of an OTBI Report

When we click on the Email option that appears along with Export, Print, Copy on the Results page of an OTBI report, the raw data is dumped to the email address. This is not what the client would want. Can this be disabled or hidden?

    Hi Vibha,

    Please place your OTBI analysis on a Dashboard

    Edit the dashboard - the dashboard will be opened in an edited mode. Hope you have placed the OTBI report in a section and that section in a column in a dashboard.

    Click on xyz on the report - click on report links

    Here you can Select all the options that you want the user to see when he runs it.

    Hi @wasim ashraf-Oracle , is the solution/workaround about converting a simple OTBI into a dashboard?

    I will still check this out and let you know, but any thoughts on the above statement?

    Hi Vibha,

    By Default you will not be able to hide the options that come beneath the OTBI analysis. Once you place it on a dashboard as per the Oracle Best Practices, you can control a lot of settings that you won't be able to do on an analysis. This is a solution workaround for your requirment.
