Copy style of a viz/canvas and paste it onto a target viz/canvas.

Authors should be able to copy styles of a visualization and apply the copied style on to a target visualization. This would enable the workbook authors to quickly apply homogeneous style across the canvas, by copying common property attributes from a visualization and apply same property on target visualizations. This would include copying config for properties like viz border, viz background, viz title font among others.

Similarly, the authors should be able to copy the properties of canvas and apply to a target canvas.
