Scheduler Permissions on OBIEE 12c

Hello,

We have an OBIEE 12c installation in which the security was migrated from an 11g environment.

We have a Role that doesn't have scheduler permissions of BI Publisher. It only has this policy applied:

oracle.bi.publisher.runReportOnline

But not the following ones:

oracle.bi.publisher.scheduleReport

oracle.bi.scheduler.manageJobs

This didn't allow the users to create report jobs in 11g. But in 12c the following options are shown:

Does anyone know how to prevent users to schedule or create report jobs in BI Publisher.
