Configurable BI Publisher Access to Export

Oracle BI Publisher reports provide users with the capability to both view and export reports.
Due to the sensitive information contained within these reports, permitting users to download them locally could potentially result in data leakage or unauthorized access.
We need the functionality to restrict or remove the ability to export reports based on specific roles or restrict access when users are accessing outside the company network.
