Scheduling in BI Publisher Reports.

Question

Hi All,

I am getting the following error in BI Publisher log Files while scheduling the Reports.

Delivery failed.

[INSTANCE_ID=SASBRE02.1467371306428] [OUTPUT_ID=1004]

Document delivery failed

[INSTANCE_ID=SASBRE02.1467371306428] [DELIVERY_ID=1003]Exception happened when delivery document to email::deliver API call throw ProcessingException::::Email delivery failed with Exception::Email delivery failed with DeliveryException::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: 00.00.00.00, port: 25;

nested exception is:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused::oracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryEx

Pls help if anyone has faced similar issues.

From above the exception is; connection error to SMTP host. Verify the connection to your email server is good.

I am facing the same issue during Email scheduling, Did you find any solution ??
