Allow non-default domain users to be configured for Object Storage connections in ODI Marketplace

We have to use the default domain for the user configured in ODI to connect to OOS, need to allow other created domains' users to be configured to access OOS. When accessing OOS outside of ODI, we are able to use a non-default domain user to connect to the object storage in the same tenancy as ODI. ODI gets an error when using these IDs and only allows a user defined in the default domain.

This is more related to access to the bucket in the OCI level. Not related to FAW.
You can use multiple options but I would request you to log a Service request with the ODI/OCI Team.
Below URL has details on the OCI Bucket Access

We did have a SR for this issue - we were directed to create a new ID in the default domain so that ODI could connect. Object Storage was able to be accessed with the non-default users accounts from any of the REST calls. Only ODI had a bug where it HAD to be the default domain, otherwise we were getting authorization errors. I was directed by Oracle support to put an idea in here, and this was the closest track I could find where it made any sense.

Please create an idea for OCI if still needed.
