Is it possible to Change Customization values created by users?

Hi,

I have a requirement to change customization value created by user.

e.g:

One of the customer save customization with Filter as R6, the person wants that next month that value should reflect as R7, is it possible to do??

@Anirban1, maybe you should alter requirements a little? I mean instead of changing the filter every month you can create a filter with a session (repository?) variable and change the variable value rather than use dirty hacking?

That's why I said "file system" and "wouldn't suggest". You really have to change those physically on the file system itself and not through Catalog Manager or the Catalog Interface (where they anyways aren't visible at all)

Hi Christian,

Thank you very much for your reply. I know XML a bit. But the customization is saved in user folder and it is showing as NO Access while try to right click in catalog manager. Is there any way so that Admin can get access to all the folders.
