Does OBIEE12c to OAS upgrade involve upgradation of all distribution rule lists along with Reports?

We want to upgrade OBIEE 12C(12.2.1.4.x) to same server & OS of OAS. But along with OBIEE Reports, does this upgradation transfers distribution rule lists and application roles as well?

Are there any further things to be upgraded manually?

What is the tentative to complete this upgradation process?

As per your quesiton, you are planning to go for In-Place upgrade, yes all the application roles will be moved to OAS version. ( BAR Migration)
