Are you looking for some sort the HTML text on top of parameter box? If yes are you using stand alone or Enterprise version?

Standalone ,we don't have any option.

In General We can Add the * (Mandatory ) Option for fields.

I'm sorry if I did not correctly ask my question. I know how to add parameters and give them a label. I am meaning separate text with guidelines.

"You may search by PO date or by PO number" etc
