Checking audit for the saved customization report

Question

Several users are experiencing deletion of saved customization report in OTBI. As for their experience, it happens once or twice a year.

Is there a way to check the logs of the deleted saved customization besides from the audit report?

For this year, it occurred last February to march 2024.
