FDR (Frequent Data refresh) process FDR table by batch rather than individually

In FAW FDR, if we have multiple tables (say 5) in the FDR list, the scheduler will need to wait for all 5 tables to be finished before running the next schedule.
So if the 5 tables took more than 1 hour, the next schedule will not run and only run after 5 tables are finished
Say we have hourly schedule from 8AM.
4 tables finished at 8:30AM. 1 table finished at 9:30AM
Next schedule will run at 10AM. rather than triggering the earlier 4 tables at 9AM.
