Saved Customization report being deleted in OTBI

User cases:

There are multiple users encountering deleted saved customization report in OTBI and it happens intermittently.

Description of need:

  • To have an audit log on the saved customization report on who created and when was the customization updated

Or suggest how can we investigate this further. I have checked the audit log on the lower environment but the feb-mar 2024 data are already deleted.

    I've logged an oracle SR for this matter before and the support advised to check the audit log report, but we weren't able to fetch the data for the deletion of the saved customizations. So, the support also advises to log here as this will be an ER.
