The idea is - if the workbook will render - it should also export to csv - including tooltip columns as part of the query when exporting to csv
We had an issue where a workbook would render just fine and would export to any format except csv.
We came to find that this was due to blending subject areas - one subject the only fact was on the report as a tooltip and DV wasn't including that metric in the export - so it was failing - but only for csv format.
The tooltip was required to render the Workbook and represented a possible problem with the RPD.
