Need ability to deliver files in OCI Object Storage buckets from Fusion OTBI & BI Publisher. Currently this capability is available from OAC BIP but not an option for OTBI BIP Report delivery channels.

Absolutely need it to avoid unnecessary pass-through via OIC esp when both BIP and OCI Object Storage are Oracle Products. Ideally would expect BIP to support all Amazon S3 based Storages
