Performer of the Action Plan [Talent management] information in BI publisher tables

I'm looking for this information in the bi Publisher tables:

I looked through its tables:  HRT_TASK_USERS, HRT_TASKS,  HRT_TASK_OBJ_RELATIONS,  but I didn't find it, do you know where this information is located in the oracle tables?
