Need DV custom format to manage blank values

Unlike Classic Analytics, DV does not have the custom format to manage blank values.
IFNULL function will work only if the underlying value is actually NULL. In this case, for some of the combination of dimension values there is NO measure value at all, which is not the same as NULL.

In classic analytics, we set Data format for the column by setting
- Custom with Custom Numeric Format as ###0;-###0;0
Customer is looking for similar option in DV1 -

I wonder if the recent feature (Jan 2025) that allows conditional formatting on attributes will accomplish the same thing.
