Ability to disable export in Catalog without impacting the export link when viewing the analysis

Description
Client wants to disable export access in OTBI Catalog and the available option to do this is through Administration > Manage Privileges > Disable Export Access. However, this also disables the export link at analysis level.
Business Need
Allows consumer to have another options to disable export access in Catalog only without affecting the export link when viewing the analysis.
