Can we have prompts on columns added by the Pivot view

The requirement I have is to get the questions from a questionnaire in columns and respective responses as well in rows. Pivot view helps me do that. The next requirement is to have prompts on the responses to this OTBI analysis. For examples, if a question has responses like A, B and C, User should be able to fetch all the records where the questions was answered in A/B/C.

Here is what I have, what I did and what I want.

In the initial version I had the questions coming up in rows and respective responses also appeared in rows.

Then I added the pivot view and was able to get the questions in Columns and responses

The requirement is to add Responses from Q1 and Q2 as Prompts. Example: The prompt would sy pick all the records where Response to Q1 was Extremely Satisfied/Satisfied.
I am able to add the prompt, but the filter is not happening.

But as soon as I hit the apply on the prompts, there is no filtering that happens.

I hope this information helps to debug this.

The report should have a filter with the same attribute to fetch the prompt value passed.

Can you confirm if the report has the same attribute added to the filter and marked as Is Prompted?
