New Impersonate function within Campus Solutions

Overview

Redeveloping the student self-service experience in Campus Solutions so that a staff member would be able to impersonate a student. The following proposed solution has been built based on the design concepts of:

• Staff will access the same homepage as the students when they are to impersonate the student.
• Staff will be able to impersonate a student using a new custom tile that will allow the staff to search for the student to impersonate the student.
• Once a student is impersonated, staff will see the exact same homepage and tile content as what the student is presented with.
• Staff has the same "function control" applied against their view.
• If a student has personalised their tiles, the staff would not view the same view as the personalisation is tied to the student user.
