I noticed there are documents of 12.2.1.2. And I find a patch for 12.2.1.2 too. Where can I download this version?

The one in the doc must be a typo as it's the only one referencing 12.2.1.2.0 and it's linked as the doc for 12.2.1.1.0, so just probably a typo.
For the patch can also be a typo or also a special kind of patch (looking at patching and some other documents there were references to unexisting version of 11.1.1.7 etc. so must be the same).
The last released version is 12.2.1.1.0 released end of June, don't really think there is a new one released just few weeks after ...
I've downloaded that patch, and it doesn't look like a typo. There are 12.2.1.2 all around: in configs, in folder names. But the patch name "PATCH TEST HYBRID" makes me think it is some kind of stuff not intended to be public.
Yeah, that's what happened with 11.1.1.7 as well, there were few "exotic" version number around but the patchs were not public, so they probably just forgot to set security on it

It's been mentioned before in the post. The latest version of OBIEE is 12.2.1.1.0. There is no other version newer than that.
As as far as I know, Oracle are yet to schedule a release date for 12.2.2.x
This patch is no longer available on the MOS. And it proves that it was published by a mistake.
And have in mind it wasn't a patch for upgrading to 12.2.1.2. It was a patch for [non-existant] 12.2.1.2.
