How to connect PAY_BALANCE_VIEW_PKG.GET_BALANCE_DIMENSIONS to Employee Level?

I'm working with the balance result, and I have a requirement to pull the balance value of employees from it. Is there any query available that I can use for this?

Sample Criteria:
Dimension = 'Dimension1'
Balance Name in ('Balance Name1', 'Balance Name2')
