Consolidated Validity / Integrity Reporting

As a systems administrator, I should be able to confirm that all of the validation report have run in the previous night and that no validation issues have been reported. I should be able to see this on a single report.

If a validation issue is reported, I should be able to review the validation status of the previous day, to prove that the validation issue has been introduced in the previous run.

If the validation issue has not been introduced in the previous run, I should be able to see the last date on which no validation errors occurred.

I should be able to drill from a page that shows the validation status across all validations, to a page that shows the validation status of each validation.

I should be able to drill from a validation status to see the results of the validation.
